The certificate of eligibility is issued by the offices after the accommodation survey done by the Aster technician in the housing. The whole process for obtaining the eligibility, takes up to 30 days from the submission of the request. In order to obtain the missing documentation and if an adjustment is needed, according to Law n.94, 1990.
In order to collect the eligibility certificate, the citizen should come to Aster with an identity card. In the case that the citizen cannot collect the eligibility certificate by himself, he can authorize, someone else, who can pick up it with a valid identity card, together with a small written authorization approval form.
The certificate lasts in six months. Before the expiration of this date, it is possible to ask an extension for furthers six months by filling the form and by submitting the required documentation. The extension can be done just once. After that, it will be necessary to submit a new request.
